Maintenance Schedule
Every three weeks, routine maintenance will occur on the Etana platform. During this time, you will not be able to access the Etana platform. Unless another notice is provided, scheduled maintenance downtimes will occur on Tuesdays from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm EST every 3 weeks.
United States Federal Holidays
No incoming or outgoing wires can be processed on federal holidays. Processing will resume on the following business day. When a holiday falls on Saturday or Sunday, the holiday will be observed on the previous Friday or the following Monday, respectively. Please plan accordingly.
Platform maintenance every 3rd week on Tuesday from 6:00 - 8:00 pm MT.
